AP Exam Registration & Payment

Please find listed below important payment deadlines of AP Exam dates. Carefully read this letter and any additional handouts which detail payment and deadline penalties. Do not wait until the last minute to make your payments.

 

The total cost per exam is $92.

 

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

 

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: In order to register for your exam you will need to pay in full. Each exam is $92. Credit card payments are only available online. Visit the high school webstore via the CCHS homepage: www.cchs.ccusd.org. You will need to enter your student I.D. in order to make your purchase. * There is an additional charge for paying by credit card. Payments will be accepted Tuesday, February 22nd - Friday, March 11th no later than 3:30 PM.

 

PAYMENT BY CASH OR CHECK: In order to pay by cash or check, please bring your payment to the Guidance Office during nutrition, lunch, or after-school. Make checks payable to CULVER CITY HIGH SCHOOL. Payments will be accepted Tuesday, February 22nd - Friday, March 11th no later than 3:30 PM.

 

FEE REDUCTIONS: Review the information on the back of this letter to determine if you qualify for a fee reduction. If you believe you qualify, please request an application from one of your AP teachers. You may also obtain the application from the Advanced Placement Exam link on the school website. Return applications to Mrs. Jauregui in the Guidance Office. If you complete the application before March 4th, you will only need to pay $5 per exam during registration. If you qualify for free/reduced lunch you automatically qualify for the reduction. Please submit verification from the cafeteria to Mrs. Jauregui.

 

Fee reduction applications are due no later than FRIDAY, March 4th, by 3:30 p.m. to Mrs. Jauregui in the Guidance Office. You will need a copy of your free/reduced lunch paperwork or the 1st page of your parent’s 1040 Federal Tax Form.

 

*Students who do not qualify for fee reduction and cannot pay in full for exams should see Mrs. Jauregui in the Guidance Office for a supplemental fee reduction application.

 

Students should request applications during the first week of registration. No applications will be accepted after March 4th.

 

LATE FEES: Late payments will only be accepted Monday, March 14th, through Friday, March 18th, by 3:30 PM. There will be a $20 per exam late fee added to your balance.
