Back to School Night
Period 1 6 PM room 20 (15 minute periods)
Period 2 6:20 PM room 20
We will discuss the class and progress for the 1st 5 weeks. Overview with questions from parents. Students have been notified of extra credit if the parent attends and signs in -
Parents - the first of the long term assignments is due Friday Oct 8th (attend 2 on campus meetings) this is worth 50 points.
Other aspects of the long term assignment including working on a campaign and/or an issue. Some students will be student poll workers while others will need to contact their local representative. More details will be discussed Wednesday night.
In reviewing the 1st five weeks it comes as no surprise that those students who are absent and have many missing assignments are not doing well. I encourage you to monitor the grades through the parent portal. You may also receive homework notices daily.
Hope to see parents and some students Wednesday Night
