About Me

I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Although I enjoy electronic design, I quickly discovered that I truly enjoyed teaching more. I attended and graduated from Pepperdine University with a Masters of Arts degree in education and my teaching credential.

In the past I have been a math teacher.  But I have moved over to the CTE department teaching both Computer Science classes in the Software Design Pathway.  The first class in the pathway is AP Principles of Computer Science class that introduces students to block based programming with animation.  The second is AP Computer Science A which is the more advanced class focused on Java programming.

Prepping and teaching 6 periods a day takes up a great deal of my time. In the small amount of spare time I have, I do enjoy cooking, gaming, traveling, and going to Disneyland.
