How to create an Aeries Parent Portal account

To create an account, you will need a verification code, your child's student ID number, and the primary phone number on file with the school. 

 

1. Click the CCUSD Aeries portal. The link is also on the front page of the website.
2. Click "Create New Account". On the login page, select "Create New Account" and choose "Parent/Guardian" as the account type.
3. Enter your information. Provide your email address and create a password for your account.
4. Verify your email. Aeries will send a confirmation email. Check your inbox and click the verification link. If you can't click the link, follow the instructions in the email to manually confirm.
5. Return to the login page. Once your email is confirmed, you can go back to the login page to continue.
6. Enter student information. Log in using your new email and password. You will be prompted to enter your child's student ID, the primary phone number on file, and the verification code provided by the school.
7. Contact IT If you do not have the necessary verification information, contact your child's school for assistance.

2. Enter your credentials. Type in the email address and password associated with your account and click "Sign In".
3. Use the mobile app. You can also download the Aeries Mobile Portal app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and use your login information there.
4. Reset your password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. If you are not sure which email address is associated with your account, contact IT.
