As we transition to home learning my office hours will be as follows:
Daily 8:15-9am by appointment only
Tuesday/Friday 4th and 6th periods.

Course Description
Dear Students,
As you know, on Friday March13th Culver City High School in conjunction with all other schools in the district transitioned to "dismissal " status.
During this "dismissal" period you will receive your instruction through distance learning (online) . I will post assignments online or send them to you via email. On Monday I uploaded videos to help you continue developing your independent study skills. As a distance learning student, you will find that being pro-active and engaged in your personal learning experience will pay off in good grades and depth of learning.

Teacher Bio
Hi there!
My name is Dr.LaTanya Bryant and I'm the Study Skills teacher here at CCHS. I am also the Department Chair of Special Education. I am honored to be a part of such a dynamic learning community! I love teaching and I sincerely feel that's it is a privilege to help students develop critical thinking skills and grow their inquiring minds. I proudly received my Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Aspen University, my Masters of Arts in Special Education with a Mild/Moderate Education Specialist credential from Azusa Pacific University and my Bachelors in Psychology.
Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of serving in a variety of capacities which has fostered my ability to support student learning at various levels.I believe that the key to learning is to find the modality that best fits the learner and to remain flexible toward change by varying instructional modes to reach all learners. Therefore, I am looking forward to having the opportunity to work closely with parents and staff to develop strategic lessons that enrich the curriculum and foster student learning at an individual level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling, shopping, and spending time with my wonderful husband.
