Review Quiz results ; MC next week Thu/Fri
Zoom Class link and time are posted in Canvas
Your review quiz grades are posted in Grade Book. You should also be able to view your results in Illuminate and Canvas now: Use the Review Quiz solution sheets for the quiz error analysis. I graded all your review quizzes manually, the computer generated feedback are inaccurate (I am working on it). The review quiz scores are for reference, so you know what you need to work on perform well on you MC and finals.
In the future: complete given assignments/quizzes prior to the due date & time!
Next week Monday/Tuesday : review of Exponential Rules. No assignment because the CC5 MC.
Next week Thursday/Friday: report via Zoom on time! Cameras on.
MC will be on Illuminate. Calculators & scratch papers OK. Follow the instructions to submit photos of your work in Canvas. Or else you have to type the entire work in Illuminate.
The MC is time sensitive, so don’t be late.
- CC5 Main Topics : Factoring (common factors, regular factoring)
Rational Expressions simplify, add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve (by cross multiplying), find excluded values
Radicals solving equations, find the domain, find inputs and outputs
Exponential Rules simplify

Assignment
Hello parents and students,
Thank you for your patience and flexibility in this unprecedented time of school dismissal. Culver City High School and the Math Department are dedicated to making sure that during this time of great uncertainty that students are able to continue with their learning remotely with the least amount of disruption to their education as possible.
I will be posting lessons, assignments, and helpful links on this webpage so that students are able to continue to receive lessons, practice assignments, etc., as we progress through this school dismissal. Please check the site frequently on school days, as I will be posting assignments periodically throughout the weeks. My “office hours” will be during Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm, it will be during these office hours that I will be able to communicate with students through email most efficiently and quickly. However, please feel free to email me at any time with clarifications about the lessons, questions on the homework, etc., and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can.
The assessments planned for this week will be postponed until after Spring Break. If the school dismissal continues on after Spring Break, then assessments may have to be administered and students will be responsible for completing the assigned assessments. If that is the case, please check the website regularly for more info about how the exams will be administered."
