Description
This is a beginning level Spanish class where students will be introduced to Spanish and Latin American customs and culture. Students will develop basic skills in listening, speaking and reading. In addition, there will be many opportunities to explore customs and culture from the Spanish speaking world through food, videos, projects, art, guest speakers, and possibly a field trip.

20 WEEKS GRADING PERIOD SECOND SEMESTER

                      PERSONAL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

1. Create your project to talk about yourself as learned in class using the vocabulary learned, activities, likes and dislikes, sports that you practice, hobbies, your goals for your future education, family, pets, and anything else that you'd like,  be creative. Use appropriate language.

2. Your project MUST be created using Google Docs or PowerPoint presentation with 15 slides of content per student, and one cover page (16 total).

3. Each slide MUST have ONE complete sentence (minimum 8 words) in Spanish for Spanish 1, and TWO complete sentences for Native speakers for each picture. Make sure to proofread your sentences.

4. The presentation MUST be shared with me via Google Drive on or before the due date: Monday, May 18that 7:00 A. M. It must be titled as follows: PP AB P#. 

5. You must follow the attached rubric and project specifications. 

6. Download a copy of the Rubric and turn in to Mr. Rodríguez before you present. 

7. No rubric = no presentation
