I was born in Pennsylvania, and moved to Southern California with my family while I was in high school.  After graduating from Mission Viejo HS in 2006, I attended UC San Diego, majoring in General Biology.  After earning a Bachelors of Science degree in 2009, I attended UCLA in pursuit of a Masters Degree in Education.  Finally, within the last year I have begun my journey toward earning a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Cal State Long Beach.  The last two programs emphasize the importance of being a social justice educator, and I strive to continue that work each day in my own classroom.

Before coming to Culver City HS, I had previously taught Chemistry and AP Environmental Science at high schools all over Los Angeles, including Lawndale, John C. Fremont, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

In my spare time I keep myself busy in a variety of ways.  I have traveled to over 40 countries, attended over 200 concerts and have participated in almost every type of exercise you can imagine.  I also love to read dystopic and historical fiction novels, reality television shows and find the newest restaurants to indulge on.

Below you can find the various links needed to access my classes.  If you have any questions, I can be reached at: grahamlockett@ccusd.org
