Meet Nicci White who is a Food and Beverage Manager at Beachside Café, a restaurant at the Jamaica Bay Inn in Marina del Rey and Monica Chambers, who is the owner of Monica Nicole Events and is a Wedding Coordinator. Both will talk about their experience in the hospitality industry and their backgrounds as well as what a typical day might look like on the job.
