AP French Language (Period 5)
Assignment Calendar
Course Description
Since we will not be able to meet everyday, make sure to check this site often.
All assignments will be online, and will be due by the date posted.
Homework: Work is given credit if finished (and in complete sentences if applicable). Any work turned in after the due date will be considered late, unless you have an excused absence on the due date; when the work is late, you cannot receive full credit.
Tests: All tests are graded out of 100 points. If you're absent on a test date, it's your responsibility to schedule a make-up date; you have up to 3 weeks since the original test date to take the test, or you won't be able to earn any credit.
Trésors du Temps tests will be based on the reading and grammar in every chapter (Etape). There will be grammar tests, and we will have in-class essays.
Classwork: You will occasionally have classwork, and try to turn it in by the end of the period. Any incomplete work can be finished as homework, and is due the next time we meet.
Projects: Projects are usually graded out of 200 points, and must be in French. Work can be submitted up to three days late in order to receive credit (although not full credit).
ALL WRITTEN WORK must be in complete sentences, or you cannot receive full credit for your work.
Handouts: Since we will not be using only Trésors du Temps as part of the AP French curriculum, we will be working on handouts and packets. If you lose your handout at any time, you will have to write out the answers on paper, in complete sentences. Many handouts will be uploaded on this site, too, so make sure to check this site often.
