#1: Should Supreme Court Justices continue to serve for life? Explain your reasoning.

#2: With only a few weeks to go what are you most interested in still learning and what government related questions do you have that you’d like to have answered before the end of the semester? Also – what are you most thankful for?
#3: Look over the Bill of Rights. If you could only preserve one of the rights, which would it be?
#4: What limitations should there be for freedom of speech? Should it be different for school? Explain.
 
#5: What are your rights when interacting with the police? (try to name at least 3)
#6: Choose one or two of the cases that were presented and explain how it either protected/expanded or restricted rights in one of the categories: racial discrimination, women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, rights for the criminally accused.
Do Now#7: On average only 30% of eligible voters between the age of 18 and 25 turn up to vote – by far the lowest of any age group (compared with over 60 that averages over 70%). Why is that number so low and what effect does it have? What could improve this?
