I'd like to give a couple of updates about online platforms and weekly routine for my Alg2 H and Pre-Calc courses.

Please check your EMAIL EVERY DAY for the immediate announcements and instructions/assignments. Since this class website doesn't have the functionality to check student's access and progress, both of the courses are currently using the CANVAS as an online platform.

Participations/progress can be checked on the Canvas grade book.

Zoom meetings are Thursdays during Per. 1.

Hi everyone,

What a whirlwind these last few weeks have been!! In the midst of all the ambiguity and uncertainty we've been facing, I hope that you have been able to stay connected with your loved ones. In our  "new normal" the ways we learn and practice mathematics are a lot different than any of us expected.  Please know that during this time the most important thing is for you and your family to stay healthy and take care of yourselves. If there is anything you need, don't hesitate to reach out.

 

In our transition to distance learning for the rest of the semester, we will use Canvas and Zoom as our platforms for assignments and instruction. As I try to learn how to utilize these online tools, there might be changes and modifications as we move forward. Also, lots of things are uncertain, I might not know the answer right away. I deeply appreciate your understanding and patient.  We will continue to work together to make sure that you are reaching your semester goals and that you are prepared for next year.

Algebra 2H CC6 Exponential/Logarithmic Functions [WEEK OF MAR. 17 - 20]
 
Your assignment this week is to maintain or strengthen your understanding of the CC6 topics by completing the given assignment.   
Make sure you know the procedures and concepts of each problem on the practice materials. Also, check your answers with the answer key.
 
If you are having difficulties with particular notes or any problems, please feel free to email me. 
Include the problem number and a photo of any work you have completed for the problem so I can help you troubleshoot. 
Please note that the CC6 QuickCheck that we had planned to be this Thursday will occur as quickly as possible once we return from dismissal (or, if dismissal extends longer, further instruction will be given.), so it is your responsibility to make sure you understand each topic and are ready for the assessment once it is scheduled.
