CC6 Mastery Check progress

HI Guys,

Just checking in to see how the Mastery Check is going? Everyone should have access to it now. You have until the end of Friday to take it. Good Luck!

CC6 Mastery Check

HI Algebra 1 Students,

The CC 6 Mastery Check is on illuminate (clever) and ready for you to take it. You are allowed to take it anytime this week, although the sooner the better. You have only one sitting to take it (no breaks). Once you start it, you must finish. Calculators and notes are allowed!

Week of 3/16/2020 through 3/20/2020

Hello Friends,

I hope this finds everyone happy and well! I will start using Edlio to post my assignments for you while our school is closed. I will also be using email, so please watch these two places! Here is our plan for this week:

Monday - Rest and Relaxation while Dr. Tano figures things out! LOL

Tuesday - Start on Illuminate (clever) CC6 Mastery Check. You will have all week to complete it. Please do it in one sitting. This is an open notes test. Feel free to use your resources. This will be graded, but the grade will be temporary until we take our next Spiral test when we get back to school. The test should take one hour.

Wednesday - We will start CC 6B unit on parabolas. I will be posting a video and assignment.

Thursday - We will be exploring the standard form of a parabola and what a positive and negative parabola looks like!

Friday - You will be doing an investigation! Fun times!

Supplies for Class

Supplies: You will need a 3 ring binder, paper or spiral notebook, and a pencil. This binder will be dedicated for business math. This means that you should not be using it for your other subjects.
*** You will keep this binder IN CLASS in the storage cubbies. This way it will always be here for you. You don't need to lug it around all day! ***

Your daily warm ups and classwork will be done in the binders and kept there. You are free to take your materials home at anytime, but remember to bring it back. You can also take pictures of your work if you need to refer to them when you go home.
